Since its inception in 1990, the congress has been held biennially, dedicated to fostering academic exchange and international collaboration in the field of mycology. Its influence has grown steadily, making it a pivotal platform for global mycological academia. The 2025 Asian Mycological Congress will be held in Guangzhou from November 23 to 26. Under the theme "Innovative Mycology: Leading Sustainable Green Development," the congress will bring together experts and scholars from around the world to discuss the latest advancements, challenges, and future directions in mycology.

4. Abstract Submission and Presentation Applications
1) Abstracts
The congress will compile an electronic abstract booklet. Submitted abstracts must adhere to the congress guidelines. For the template and submission, please visit https://www.amc2025.cn/. Submission deadline: September 15, 2025.
2) Oral Presentations
Oral presentations will be selected based on the congress agenda. Applicants must complete registration and submit their requests online. The Academic Committee will review and notify applicants of acceptance and scheduling. Submission deadline: September 15, 2025.
3) Poster Presentations
Poster sessions will be held during the congress. Registered participants may apply for poster presentations via the abstract submission system. Submission deadline: September 15, 2025.
Note: Applicants for oral and poster presentations must submit corresponding abstracts. Accepted abstracts will be included in the electronic abstract booklet.
5. Registration Fees
1) Early Bird (on or before August 31, 2025):
Regular attendees: CNY 2,500
Students: CNY 2,100
Accompanying persons: CNY 1,300
2) Standard (September 1 – October 31, 2025):

4) Refund Policy:
Full refund for cancellations submitted by September 30, 2025.
70% refund (30% administrative fee retained) for cancellations submitted by October 31, 2025.
No refund for cancellations submitted on or after November 1, 2025.
Refunds will be processed within 20 working days after the congress concludes.

7. Accommodation
Accommodation will be arranged at the congress venue (Guangzhou Sunac Shibao Hotel) at the attendees' expense. Room rates:
Single/Double room: CNY 540 per night (including breakfast for two).
Book your room type during registration. Payment will be made directly to the hotel, which will issue the invoice. Additional hotel options are available on the congress website.
